Please read these Terms carefully before using Siletry. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Siletry ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Siletry platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Siletry is an AI-powered business growth platform for Indian small and medium businesses (SMBs). The Service includes:

Account Registration

To use Siletry, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:

One account may represent one business. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Subscription & Payments

Siletry offers the following subscription plans:

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

⚠ We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you downgrade or cancel, you retain access until your billing period ends.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Siletry only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

WhatsApp & Meta Platform Policy

Siletry's WhatsApp features are built on the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using WhatsApp features, you additionally agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp usage complies with Meta's policies. Sending spam or policy-violating content through Siletry may result in your WhatsApp number being banned by Meta, independent of any action we take.

You must obtain proper consent from your customers before sending them WhatsApp messages through Siletry. We are not liable for Meta's enforcement actions against your WhatsApp Business account.

Intellectual Property

Siletry and its original content, features, and technology are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create using Siletry — your business posts, customer data, and CRM information belong to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siletry shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law. You may request a data export before deleting your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Siletry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@siletry.com before initiating any legal proceedings. We commit to resolving disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving written notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
